Responsibilities :Have the ability with plumbing skills;
Identify, develop and close a targeted list of key accounts;
Maximize sales development through proactive control of the sales process (identification of the decision makers, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closing, implementations);
Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly) and complete clients’ Information. Proposals;
Prospect potential clients using various channels (Cold calls, exhibitions, networking, meetings, etc.)
Provide management with market feedback
Skill and Knowledge Required :5years + experience working in pipe , air- conditioning or decoration Industy.
Good business sense with a good understanding of the market and competitors’ products
Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills and persuasiveness
Good analytical skills with a high attention to detail
Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
