+15 years of the large coal fired power project management experiences either in EPC or Construction Company in China, up to 150 MW CFB and 600MW PC projects
Great team leadership in managing the whole team, the vendors, EPC etc. and the customer relationship
To ensure project are executed in accordance with the quality plans, on schedule and within budgets
Proactive in identifying and resolving any potential delay in the project schedule
Ensure construction by vendors are carried out in accordance with approve procedure and schedule
Proactive in identifying potential delay in vendor schedule and take necessary remedy action.
Manage vendors manpower requirement
To identify and resolve potential bottleneck within the project team.
To ensure quality of work and safety are never compromise through setting up of necessary group, third party inspection and work procedure.
Handle all approval procedures in a timely manner
Conduct contract negotiation with vendors
Ensure timely payments to contractor and delivery of equipment/work.
Coordinate and resolve any disputes with vendors
Ensure accurate project payment forecast and early allocation of project funds for payment.
Address any shortcoming in obtaining relevant permits and licenses (example: EIA, project approval, land, planning, construction permits, etc.) 
To assist in providing technical solutions to site design issues 
Review tender documents, proposed technical standard and organize bidding exercise
Organize and coordinate design-related matters with Headquarters 
Submit weekly and monthly project progress report to head of department
Conduct weekly site meeting with contractor to coordinate site activities and to address any safety concern
Conduct daily site walk down to ensure work site safety requirement are carried out by contractors.
