Principal Responsibilities
1. Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize customer potential in designated regions.
2. Manage and interpret customer requirements to understand, anticipate and meet their needs.
3. Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
4. Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs.
5. Offer after-sales support services.
6. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
7. Make technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
8. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES
1. University degree in thermal engineering or energy related with boiler technology
2. Fluent in English communication
3. 3 years sales experience in boiler products or equipment with power plant
4. Customer oriented, result driven with sense of responsibility
5. Good team player
Working locations: Beijing, Guangzhou, Guangxi, Guizhou, Wuhan, Nanjing (Other working places are negotiable based on business demand)
