Location: Beijing. 

Reporting directly to China Managing Director (expatriate) 

Major Duties & Responsibilities 

l Directly manage all plant personnel covering Production, Maintenance, Glue, Press, Assembly, Welding and Service 

l Ensure manufacturing quality levels continually meet 6 sigma standards 

l Identify LEAN manufacturing initiatives to reduce production cost 

l Lead a focused and motivated work force 

l Participate as a contributing member of the Management team 

Qualifications 

l Relevant educational background, preferably with a Bachelor in engineering or industry related degree 

l 10+ years production management experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment 

l Prior knowledge and experience of identifying and implementing quality and LEAN initiatives 

l Strong people management skills and the ability to speak, read and write in English well
